Work Package 1 – Project Management
The project management task runs throughout the 24-month project duration includes the technical and administrative coordination of all project activities, establishment and implementation throughout the project of a quality assurance plan, managing the project work plan, and ensuring work progress according to the schedule. As Project Coordinator, ERTICO - ITS Europe is responsible for managing contractual and financial matters and assuming editorial responsibility for deliverables. Its activities include the production of quarterly management reports and annual progress reports with related cost statements, as well as chairing the Steering Committee meetings.
Work Package 2 – Research Priorities and Strategies
WP2 defines key digital broadcasting/mobile convergence and its priorities and cooperation areas for the EU and China. The relevant stakeholders for the European and the Chinese side are identified and an action plan is being made for further development of the selected priorities.

Work Package 3 – Regional Activities
Two overall priority workshops (in Europe), three regional priority workshops in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong and one national level comprehensive event in China are foreseen for the duration of the project. There were also two Steering Meetings at the beginning and middle of the project. The Steering Committee evaluated the project activities and interest of the stakeholders and determine the events programming for the second year of the project. All relevant stakeholders are invited to these events to discuss local needs and priorities for digital broadcasting/mobile convergence.

Work Package 4 – Dissemination and Exploitation
The dissemination of results is a key issue for the coordination action and several tools has been used for this purpose, including this website. A full exploitation plan will also be made available at the end of the project.
